She smiled slightly hugging him. She missed him so much if only she was ‘normal’ right now. She sighed and snuggled up to him planting a kiss on his cheek. Yes this was better than telling him to go away.
Smiling a little, he wraps his arms around her loosely, pulling her onto his lap and cradling her like she was a just a child. “Don’t ever think I don’t care for you Milly.” He whispers as he plants a kiss on the top of her head.
She sighed and snuggled up to him. She didn’t believe in what he said.. why?! It was just so confusing to her right now that she didn’t even notice anything happen. She blushed and looked at him their faces only inches away. “Thank you.”
Blushing a little, he plants a kiss on the tip of her nose and shrugs. “It’s ok Milly-Chan.” He breathes softly, gently running his fingers through her hair as he hugs her slightly tighter.
“You all hate me don’t you.” She says after a brief silence. Her legs were propped up to her chest wrapping her arms around them. She was looking blankly at one spot. “You all leave me alone because you hate me.. i see that now.”
Smile fading into a small frown, he reaches over and gently ruffles her hair. “Milly-Chan I love you very much, you are like a little sister to me, I consider you family. I know Shiro-Chan feels the same and we’re never going to leave you.” He promises with a small sigh. “Why would you even think that we would?”
“No you don’t.. you all h-hate me.” She said in a broken tone. It was so true how couldn’t she see it? Well.. she couldn’t see it but it was so true to her. She didn’t know of any reason but her heart simply screamed that it was true.
“Milly…” He whispers before hesitantly dropping down next to her, crossing his legs and leaning back on his arms lazily. “I don’t know what got these ideas into your head kiddo but it’s not true. We’re family and because of that I love you very much.”
She only sighed resting her head on her legs. Why did she tell all those things and when did they get into her mind? She didn’t care at all this was just so true to her. She remained silent just staring blankly at one spot while she started to shiver a bit.
Frowning a little, he shrugs out of his jacket and puts it around her shoulders. He was getting quiet used to human clothes and even wore them in Soul Society now. “Milly-Chan?” He whispers, gently stroking a hand through her hair.
What did he want now? She missed him so much and she did want to see him but right now she just wished to be left alone. Or does she? It was complicated for her on one side she did want to hug him dearly just to be in someones grasp and on the other she just wanted to cry and be alone. What was happening she didn’t know. “Yes?” She responded.
He simply sits up before gently leaning over and planting a kiss on her cheek. “I missed you too.” He whispers with a slight frown, unable to understand how she was feeling right now but he didn’t want to leave her alone.
She sighed and leaned over against him. She didn’t want to say a thing she just wanted a damn hug and for this to be over. But sadly it’s not going to be that easy but time will heal her wounds… hopefully.
Wrapping an arm around her shoulders, he rubs her arm in a sort of comforting way. He didn’t really need to say anything in his opinion because there was nothing to say. She was sad right now and so he’d simply be there for her.

“Around.” He answers simply. “And I’m simply stating the truth, you and Bya-San must have missed me terribly.”
